to be honest vegan baking has been great. I gain a few pounds trying to "sample" the perfect recipe. I think that my pumpkin pie was the best. I have my own secret recipes of vegan chocolate chip cookies, peanut butter cookies, sugar cookies, GINGERBREAD COOKIES, and have yet to take other martha stewart recipes to veganize. I dont have time right now. But here are some pictures and hamster james on the bottom.. she is so cute.
